Boat Description
This boat offers daily private tours exploring Biscayne Bay and its surroundings, with a Master Licensed Captain at the helm. You will be amazed to sail the waters with Miami in the background, from the Downtown Skyline, to the Boca Chita, and Elliott Key clear waters. We will also sail by the unique Stiltsville.
Your tour can be customized to include sightseeing, adjusted schedules, and your favorite activities. At anchor, the boat carries a two-seated kayak and a stand-up paddle board for your enjoyment, or you may prefer to relax on a floating chair in the warm waters of the bay. We also offer a romantic package, paired with a spectacular sunset experience.
All tours include ice, water, and sodas. You also have the option to add a lunch or a prix-fixe menu catered on board, or bring your own lunch and preferred drinks at your convenience.

Cancellation Policy -
Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all,
you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
1. All refunds are charged a 5% administrative fee
2. Trips may be canceled up to 7 days before sailing.
3. Between 7 days and 48 hours before sailing, we can work with you to reschedule the trip
at a future time.
4. Cancellations of 48 hours or less will be charged full amount due, unless the trip is
rescheduled for the same charter duration.
5. If we cancel the trip due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule
your trip at a future time. If this is not an option we will issue a refund.
6. Lunch or the three course lunch/dinner must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the departure
date and is not refundable once purchased.
7. In addition, Captain may cancel any charter without refund for any of the following
reasons:
Passengers over intoxicated.
Unconsciousness.
Aggravation of previous injury.
Illegal drug use.
Unruly or reckless behavior.
Criminal activity or violation of the local law and boating regulation.
