Gratuity is customary and can be paid directly to the crew. (Generally 15% - 20%)
DUE AMOUNT SHOULD BE PAID on the day of the trip (payment options: cash, Venmo, Zelle, cash app)
Important Information:
Customers need to arrive 25 minutes prior to the trip. Documentation, boarding takes 15 minutes on average. Your rental will start and end at the time agreed at the time you pay. If your rental is from 12 pm to 4 pm and you arrive late, your time will start at 12 pm and will end at 4 pm. Please arrive on time to avoid this!
This boat has a sound system, Bluetooth, cooler, bimini top, new upholstery, floating mat the works!
Where do we go? Well, everything depends on the number of hours the trip consists of, weather (Sometimes bad weather is south of our location so we might go north and vice-versa). We will always give our best recommendations but you still have the final word as long as it doesn’t jeopardize the safety of the passengers.

We refund 100% of your money if:

100% refund if canceled prior to 15 days of your trip
50% refund if canceled 15 to 6 days prior to your trip (for any reason)
No refunds if canceled 5 days prior to your trip (unless it qualifies under our cancellation policy)
And
100% refund if:
1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location.

2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY.
